FECAL MATTER

Fecal matter formed in 1985 by
Kurt and Dale Crover,the group's sole recording was
issued as the Illiteracy Will Prevail
demo tape, which remains
unreleased officially.

The members were:

Kurt Cobain – vocals , guitars
Dale Crover – bass guitar
Greg Hokanson – drums
Buzz Osborne – bass guitar

Kurt began passing the Fecal
Matter demo tape around to
friends.Kurt wanted to start a band with krist and after hearing the tape in 1986,krist agreed to form a
band, which became Nirvana.
Spank Thru is the only track
from the tape to be officially
released, arriving on the 2005 album Sliver: The
Best of the Box.
We can call Spank Thru the nirvana "maker" 'cause when krist heard the demo he liked Spank Thru,and saw that a band with Kurt was a great idea.
